How do I enter a coupon code or gift certificate?

On the Booking page where you have a choice of which room and number of people, click on the “Promotion Code” button. For all Promo, Coupon, Gift cards.

How do I enter a e-giftcard?

On the Booking page, before clicking “Book Now”. Click on “Redeem E-Giftcard”.

Do you lock me in the room?

No, for your safety we leave the door to the room unlocked.

Can I book a room outside normal business hours?

We try to accommodate our customers as much as possible and are available to schedule rooms outside of normal operating hours with a minimum of four room reservation. Scheduling non-operating hours can be done over the phone and is subject to management discretion.

Can I cancel my reservation for a refund?

We do not allow refunds.

Can I change my reservation?

We encourage players to verify their availability before booking a room. In certain situations, we will try and accommodate customers’ needs and can work with groups due to scheduling issues. Room re-scheduling must be done at least 1 week in advance. Please call the main office for more information.

Where can I park?

Limited parking behind (directly east)of the building is available first come basis, except Game Days. Campus corner has various other parking in the event the lot is full or players wish to stay on the corner before or after their experience.

How far in advance should I book?

Players are encouraged to schedule as far in advance as they are comfortable to ensure that they get a time slot they prefer. However, the latest online a booking can be made is 2 hours prior to the experience starting. For bookings less than 2 hours before please call to check availability 405-701-6029.

How many people should I bring?

The rooms are designed for a maximum of 6 people each.

What happens if I’m late?

The game begins at exactly the time prescribed. If you are late you will not be allowed into the room. If another show that day has openings, we will try to accommodate, however there will be no refunds. Please try to arrive at least 15 minutes before the game begins.

How much does it cost?

Please refer to the price listed on “Book” pages.

Do you charge per person?

Yes. You have the option to purchase per person or the entire room. There is a discount for purchasing the entire room! You can have up to 6 people in each room.

Will my group be put with strangers?

Only if the entire room was not purchased. If you buy less than 6 individual tickets then the open spots in the room will remain on the website for another group to purchase.

What age groups are allowed in the rooms?

We have no age restrictions. However, it is HIGHLY suggested that groups with individuals under 15 have at least one adult in their group to help solve some of the puzzles. If you have a younger group that might need additional help or just doesn’t want to run the scenario at its originally designed difficulty, just let us know in the comments while booking or in person before the beginning of your reservation and we can modify the scenario to better fit your group.

Which rooms are the most difficult?

All our scenario’s are designed for adults and are equally difficult. However, upon request, we can modified the room to make it easier.

Where can I find your completion percentages?

Our goal is for each group to have a blast. We purposely do not post our completion percentages because that is not the goal of our rooms. Instead we like to have the ability to modify our scenarios for each group so they can get the best experience tailored for them. For the current high scores in each room please see the high scores tab.
